Whether it’s after a storm, fire, or other catastrophic events, we deliver comprehensive media that helps you move forward with confidence.

Base Package: $350 - $1,000 (depending on property size and extent of damage)

Price Breakdown by size of property:

• Small (under 2,000 sq. ft.): $400

  Includes up to 2 hours of drone time, 10-15 aerial photos, and a 1-minute damage assessment video.

• Medium (2,000 - 5,000 sq. ft.): $600

  Includes up to 3 hours of drone time, 15-20 aerial photos, and a 2-minute damage assessment video.

• Large (over 5,000 sq. ft.): $800

  Includes up to 4 hours of drone time, 20-30 aerial photos, and a 3-minute damage assessment video with professional editing.

What’s Included:

• Aerial Photos:

  High-resolution aerial shots capturing the extent of the damage from various angles, focusing on key areas like roofs, structures, and large affected zones.

• Aerial Video:

  A 1-2 minute video showcasing the damage, providing a complete visual report of the site and its condition.

• Professional Editing:

  Basic editing with color correction, annotations (if necessary), and royalty-free music for the video.

• Online Delivery:

  All images and video delivered via an easy-to-access online gallery or downloadable link.
  (USB delivery is available for an additional $45)

Add-Ons:

• Custom Damage Report: $150

  A detailed report with marked-up photos and video stills to clearly indicate areas of concern, suitable for sharing with insurance adjusters or contractors.

  Capture heat signatures of structural damage, leaks, or other issues that may not be visible with regular photos.
