Base Package: $600 - $1,500 (depending on event size and complexity)

Price Breakdown (by number of guests):

• Small Events (up to 50 guests): $600

• Medium Events (51-150 guests): $900

• Large Events (151+ guests): $1,200

What’s Included:

• Aerial Photos:

  High-resolution aerial shots capturing the event venue, key moments, and overall atmosphere from above.

• Cinematic Video:

  2-3 minute cinematic video showcasing the highlights of your event with a mix of aerial footage and ground-based shots.

• Professional Editing:

  Color grading, custom transitions, and royalty-free music to ensure your final video is polished and engaging.

• Custom Branding:

  Your logo or event branding added to the video and photos, along with contact information if applicable.

• Online Delivery:

  All images and video delivered via an easy-to-access online gallery or downloadable link.
  (USB delivery is available for an additional $45)

Add-Ons:

• Twilight / Golden Hour Shots: $150

  Capture stunning photos and videos during the golden hour for that magical effect.

• Extended Video: $250

  A longer video (5+ minutes) that covers more moments and highlights from your event.

• Additional Drone Time: $150 per hour

  If more aerial footage is required or if the event lasts longer than initially planned.
